Throughout her career as a Registered Nurse, Olivia witnessed firsthand the challenges many individuals and families face when seeking reliable, personalised care for their loved ones. Motivated by a desire to bridge this gap, she established O&N Healthcare to ensure that individuals receive the support they need while maintaining their dignity and independence at home. With extensive experience in Intensive Care, Hospital in the Home, and Community Nursing, Olivia is committed to upholding the highest standards of care, hiring skilled and compassionate caregivers, and fostering a culture of respect and trust.
